Vermuteria is an all-day restaurant, café & bar serving creative food and drinks inspired by the origins of Vermouth distilling.

The restaurant was founded by celebrated chef Anthony Demetre, former chef-proprietor of Wild Honey in Mayfair. Anthony is a world-renowned chef and restaurant proprietor, who has appeared on The Great British Menu, Saturday Kitchen and MasterChef. In recent years Anthony successfully sold two restaurant ventures, Arbutus in Soho and Les Deux Salons in Covent Garden
